A new strategy for particle synthesis is enabled by utilizing modern synthetic, polymer, and photochemical techniques to facilitate the synthesis of highly narrow–disperse multifunctional microspheres from visible‐light induced crosslinking of prepolymers in both a single and dual polymer system. The approach requires no stabilizers, bases, or initiators, and proceeds at ambient temperature to yield microspheres with a tunable size range (0.25–5 µm) in less than 4 h, depending largely on solvent composition, but also polymer concentration (2–10 mg mL?1), ratio, and irradiation intensity (3–20 W). Critically, the visible‐light induced dimerization reaction exploited herein enables simple functional particle syntheses via a single polymer system. Underpinned by an in‐depth kinetic analysis of the particle formation as well as a detailed small molecule study, the mechanism for particle formation is also elucidated. Importantly, inherent advantages of the system are exploited for surface functionalization of residual acrylate and hydroxyl groups (generating inherently fluorescent particles).  相似文献

随着三元复合驱采油技术在油田的广泛应用,三元复合驱采出水产量不断增加。三元复合驱采出水水质复杂,具有矿化度高、黏度大、含油乳化程度高、小油滴含量高、油水分离困难等特点,对油田生产和环境的影响日益严重。因此,开展三元复合驱采出水高效处理方法的研究成为一项重要的任务。本文分析了影响三元复合驱采出水油水分离特性的各种因素,介绍了目前国内应用于三元采出水处理的先进技术,如膜分离法、气浮选分离法、高级氧化法、微生物法等,阐述了这些处理技术的优势及存在的问题,重点介绍了气浮选分离法和微生物法在三元采出水处理中的应用情况,并对大庆油田三元复合驱采出水现场处理工艺进行了介绍,最后对今后的研究工作提出了一些展望。  相似文献

为确定煤矿型水胶炸药在储存过程中受到环境因素影响,是否会对煤矿型水胶炸药的安全稳定性能产生影响,特进行本次试验。试验采用小样本升降法得出半数引火量来确定炸药的可燃气安全值从而得出水胶炸药受到环境影响程度。试验结果表明:煤矿型水胶炸药在煤矿环境存储过程中的安全性可达400g以上,为水胶炸药的储存稳定性提供了理论依据。  相似文献

At present, the application of fullerene in polymer materials has become an attractive issue. Fullerene can enhance the thermal and flame-retardant properties of polymers due to its high capacity to trap free radicals. Fullerene also has good synergistic effect with inorganic metal flame retardant, intumescent flame retardant, brominated flame retardant (BFR), clay, carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide, and so on. In this review, the impact and mechanism of fullerene and its derivatives on the thermal and flame-retardant properties of polymeric materials are discussed. In this study, the effects of processing conditions through different mixing sequences were used to analyze the factors, which could influence the hybrid filler selective localization in an immiscible polymer blend and how localization can influence the rheological and thermal properties. Different selective localizations were observed depending on the mixing sequence used when the hybrid filler was added. Notably, nanoparticles can interact with each other, which favor a synergy between them and alters, besides the localization, the dispersion state, or can interact with one polymer phase, and also alter the nanoparticles' selective localization. An improvement in rheological properties was observed in the hybrid nanocomposite in which there was interaction between the nanoparticles, favoring the hexagonal boron nitride exfoliation. On the other hand, for the storage modulus and degree of crystallinity, the sharpest increase occurred in the hybrid nanocomposite in which the nanoparticles could interact preferably with one polymer phase. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 为探究纺粘非织造工艺中工艺参数对纤维最终直径的影响,文章基于纺粘非织造聚合物拉伸过程,构建了纺粘非织造聚合物拉伸理论模型,并应用MATLAB对模型进行数值计算。同时,选取纺粘工艺参数中的气流初始速度、聚合物初始温度、聚合物质量流量3个因素,通过控制变量法比较观察不同方案下经过数值求解后得到的纤维直径,得出3个因素分别对纤维最终直径的影响。结果表明,气流初始速度越大,聚合物初始温度越高,聚合物质量流量越小,最终形成的纤维直径越细。  相似文献

基于一级轻气炮加载装置,研究了高低温循环及对称冲击耦合加载下某黑索今(RDX)基含Al炸药的安全性,计算了缺陷处的内能等参数。结果表明:高低温循环后,炸药试样出现可见的孔隙。对称碰撞加载后,不经高低温循环的试样未发生点火,应力加载峰值为835 MPa,加载时间为35 μs;而经历高低温循环的试样出现点火,点火前应力为242 MPa,加载时间11 μs。高低温循环所产生的缺陷是导致炸药点火的重要原因。  相似文献

Gas phase criteria for the onset of flaming combustion of solids in fires are used to locate a critical temperature Tcr in a nonisothermal analysis (TA) experiment that corresponds to the surface temperature of the solid at ignition in a fire test, Tign. This critical TA temperature occurs at low conversion of solid to gaseous fuel so it is independent of the heating rate in the test or the thermal decomposition reaction model. However, Tcr depends on the thermal properties of the polymer and the conditions of the fire test in which the gas phase criteria were measured. Nonisothermal analysis data in nitrogen and air were obtained for 20 polymers by thermogravimetric analysis and microscale combustion calorimetry. The critical temperatures Tcrs obtained from TA experiments compared favorably with analytic results for a simple polymer ignition model and finite element simulations and were in qualitative agreement with ignition temperatures measured in standardized fire tests.  相似文献

Solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) systems with anode off-gas recirculation (AGR) and diesel pre-reforming are advantageous because they can operate with the current fuel infrastructure. In the SchIBZ-project, the prototype of such a SOFC system for maritime applications has already been commissioned. In this first paper, we model the system devices to conduct an exergy analysis of this real SOFC plant and validate them with experimental values from experiments in laboratory scale. The results of our simulation agree well with the experimental values. The calculations with the validated results may be closer to the real thermodynamic behavior of such system components than previous literature.  相似文献
